Minutes of the December 11, 2000 hearings were presented for approval. A motion for approval was made by Cecil Raymond; seconded by Dan Cunningham; motion passed 4-0.

A hearing was conducted to consider the appeal of Julie Fougerousse, a student at Terre Haute South High School. Julie had been declared ineligible on the basis of Rule 19-4. A hearing was requested in order to appeal the ruling and seek full eligibility. Following the hearing, the student’s family and legal counsel for the IHSAA submitted findings of fact. Having analyzed all of the available data, the IHSAA Review Committee voted to uphold the decision of the Commissioner.

A hearing was conducted to consider the appeal of Clay Crick, a student at Bloomington South High School. Clay had been declared ineligible on the basis of Rule 19-4. A hearing was requested in order to appeal the ruling and seek full eligibility. Following the hearing, legal counsel for the student the IHSAA submitted findings of fact. Having analyzed all of the available data, the IHSAA Review Committee voted to uphold the decision of the Commissioner.
